I am best described as a versatile and experienced gym operator with a passion for helping employees and members achieve their full potential.

Although born, raised, and educated in the UK, I gained my professional experience primarily in the Middle East. I have been in the Fitness Industry for the last 15 years and have worked with the top 3 high profile international fitness brands in the MENA region: Fitness First, Jordan as Senior General Manager, Golds Gym, Jordan, and Kuwait as COO, and most recently Inspire Fitness Kuwait, as COO.

I am now in Pakistan as one of the Co-Founders building TriFit as a global fitness brand.

I completed my BA Hons Degree in Leisure and Sport Studies from Leeds Met University, UK. In addition, I have multiple fitness and wellness related certifications acquired at international level. I also participated as an International Speaker in the “Raise the Bar” 2019 Fitness Summit in Beirut.

I am a disciplined gym goer, and my main hobby is to play competitive football. I have also taken part in multiple cycle/obstacle races in the MENA region and have completed the Ironman 70.3 Dubai.”
